RICK GILBERT, FOUNDER

For more than three decades, Rick has been helping companies build and sustain cost-effective training and compliance solutions as an attorney in private practice, as in-house counsel, as the Compliance Director for a global manufacturer, and as a consultant. He has designed and delivered compliance training on a broad variety of topics, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Antitrust, OSHA, ISO, Responsible Recycling (R2), US Export Control Laws, Made In USA, and others. In 2018 Rick formed Stoker Consulting with the goal of using his legal background and compliance expertise to support the ethical growth and sustainability of the legalized cannabis industry. In October 2019, Stoker became one of  the first vendors accredited by the Cannabis Control Commission to provide Responsible Vendor Training to the Massachusetts Adult-Use industry and on January 19, 2021, Stoker became the first vendor accredited to provide Basic Core Curriculum to the state's Adult-Use and Medical-Use industries.
